It’s been seven months since I joined OB10. In that time I have met with many customers, prospects, partners and industry influencers. One topic I’m regularly asked to talk about is the OB10 vision: what are we working towards and what will it take to get there?
The goal for OB10 is to become the most recommended global trading network. In some respects we are already well on our way. With suppliers and buyers in over 150 countries, and millions of invoices worth in excess of $136bn flowing through OB10 each year, we’re already a trusted trading network for many of the world’s leading companies.
To help articulate what our vision means and the steps we plan to take to help turn it into reality, I recorded a short video that I hope you’ll find interesting. I talk about some of the short-term initiatives we are focused on, such as increasing investment into our customer support, making our system even more intuitive to use and launching new services. Going forward, I plan to update my blog and record new videos to keep you up to speed on our progress.
