We are looking for a Content Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team in London. This person will be responsible for ideating and creating engaging content that drives sales, communicate Tungsten Network’s value and vision, and helps drive brand awareness to prospective customers – and to the world!

You will be an in-house journalist and storyteller who builds relationships across company functions - from Product to Customer Success and everyone in between - in order to discover compelling stories that fit into an overall company narrative and marketing strategy. You will transform these stories into engaging content assets, working with our Head of Marketing and freelance design team members to bring to life and distribute.

You will also be responsible for supporting and executing a content program that scales, including identifying a team of internal thought leaders and contributors that can help you produce meaningful stories. Your messaging will be guided by Tungsten brand positioning, product roadmap, industry insights/trends to help grow our sales pipeline and awareness of Tungsten Network. We are looking for a motivated, resourceful and independent content writer who can capture new audiences through engaging and actionable content.

Responsibilities
  • Working together with the Head of Marketing, establish a content strategy that will continue to grow consistency and routine to site traffic, brand engagement and online conversion

  • Fully conceptualizing, writing, and editing engaging content of the order-to-cash and procure-to-pay industry and on Tungsten Network’s technology, services and values.

  • Development of written content including, but not limited to, blogs, videos, whitepapers, guides, sales collateral, social media content, case studies, webinars, and editorial bylines

  • Liasie with freelance graphic designers to bring content to life

  • Overseeing all website copy and content you will be the gate-keeper for all tonal, editorial and visual content across the website and digital marketing channels

  • Lead content refresh as part of the corporate website redesign project

  • Coordinating and engaging with internal and external subject matter experts, partners and agencies for content creation

  • Other duties and special projects as assigned

Key Attributes/skills we are looking for
  • Degree in English or Journalism and 1 – 2 years’ experience in content marketing with a passion for stepping up

  • Prior experience within B2B marketing, within a content specific role

  • Experience with Adobe products a plus but not necessary

  • Excellent editorial and copy writing abilities, including long form and short form content

  • Highly organized, able to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment

  • Bonus: experience writing content for business, finance, technology sector
