Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) are high energy professionals that drive the demand, awareness, and interest for our e-invoicing solution. You will partner and collaborate closely with members of our sales team to generate qualified sales leads, set meetings, and create new opportunities. You will be required to qualify all in-bound leads as well as work with the sales team to target new logos to promote the benefits of Tungsten Network.
Key Accountabilities
  • Qualify and follow up on in-bound leads within 48 hours

  • Generate sales-ready meetings and opportunities for the sales organizations using Tungsten Network qualification criteria

  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest through cold discovery calls, and outbound activities

  • Understand and uncover customer needs and business problems and effectively communicate how Tungsten Network can solve them

  • Consistently achieve quota to ensure revenue and growth objectives are met

  • Use and maintain the Salesforce.com system according to Tungsten Network’s standards; provide metrics on leads

  • Report back to the sales organisation and present QBRs

Experience
  • Be able to build & manage pipeline effectively

  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills

  • Experience working as an SDR, BDR or inside sales in IT or recruitment industries

  • Ability to communicate at all level with excellent presentation skills

  • Additional languages an advantage but not necessary

  • Good working knowledge of MS Office and SFDC

  • Cold calling experience
