Position

Job Summary

Data Analyst will be responsible for analyzing, mapping, investigating and testing various system-generated invoicing data as per client’s profile. Data Analyst is required to have strong analytical skills, creative thinking and logical concepts to ensure that the results delivered are compliant towards business requirements.


Requirements

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for client’s profile analysis and complete data maps within established SLAs
  • Liaise with internal departments such as Implementation and Support teams to ensure resulting client profiles are accurate and complete
  • Create and/ or amend client maps, using in-house tools, based on provided data samples and specifications
  • Update and rework client profile as a result of changes in business requirements
  • Provide second-line support for issues involving client maps
  • Report any technical, fiscal or other concerns in a timely manner
  • Perform in-house tools testing when required

Education

  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma

Object Oriented Programming (OOP), X-Path & XSLT background would be an added advantage

Experience

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in an analytical role
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply

Teams come into our T Hub location at Menara Prestige , to meet once every 2 weeks and all other days, employees have the option to work in our Co Working Space or work from any other location of their choosing.

Position

Job Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to support the Head of Information Security to ensure the continued integrity of information security controls and certification of our services to customers. This role is also key to ensuring that we present the security of our services in an effective way to potential and existing service customers by providing accurate and prompt responses to questions arising through tenders, routine assessments and ad hoc service requests. The role holder is also key to supporting continued improvement of controls through project and other initiatives.

Job Description

  • Perform control assessments and support preparation for ISO 27001/ISAE3402 external and internal audits.
  • Plan internal and external audits, facilitate meetings and conduct audit assessment when required.
  • To initiate the remediation action plan identified to address any findings/ non conformances from internal and external audits. Engage with remediation owners and ensure the progress/ remediation actions are being addressed within the agreed timelines.
  • Manage the responses to and completion of customer questionnaires on security and compliance.
  • Help ensure acquisition and vendor security assessments are completed as part of the new vendor onboarding process.
  • Coordinate the annual Corporate Business Continuity Plan (BCP) and related activities for all offices.
  • Assist Head of Information Security in any security related issues/matters on daily basis.


Requirements

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • IT Security Auditing and Review.
  • Coordinating resources within the entire organization for external ISO27001 and ISAE 3402 audit.
  • Manage the customer and vendor security questionnaires/assessment.
  • Promote security within Company and be an advocate for customer trust.
  • Maintain the Tungsten Network information security management system.

Education & Experience

  • MS in Computer Science or equivalent desired.
  • At least 3 years’ experience in information security audit management in IT environment preferably ISO27001/ISMS.
  • Experience and knowledge in information security, customers and third-party security questionnaires, process improvement, business continuity plan and report writing.
  • Experience in managing internal / external audit.

Functional Competencies

  • Strong skills in Microsoft applications especially in Excel, Word, Power Point, Visio. Excellent in Excel and Power Point.
  • Fast learner, hardworking and able to perform under pressure as it will be very hectic during the audit preparation period.
  • Very good in documentation and very meticulous.
  • Ability to handle multi-tasking activities.
  • Excellent communication skills.
