Your primary focus will be to create, implement and support DevOps strategies and continuous delivery pipelines with our cross-functional teams. OVERALL RESPONSIBILITY / JOB PURPOSE:

The Commercial team manages the commercial operations of the business and recommends and implements areas for improvement across customers pricing, business process, controls and reporting.

The team is responsible for analysing and recommending changes to pricing and proposing customer quotes and negotiation tactics to the sales team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Work with sales and account management teams to construct winning commercial propositions including negotiation tactics and steps
  • Run twice weekly commercial governance for C suite with input from key business leaders
  • Understand product and customer revenue (including revenue recognition), costs and margin and the impact of product mix.
  • Work with Finance on revenue recognition and forecast and forecast accuracy
  • Critique business cases and build alternative commercial models and ‘what if’ scenarios
  • Work with Product and Marketing on reviewing and building price books for all products by defining and modelling the drivers of cost including understanding break even points
  • Develop and manage reporting dashboards that provide insight into revenue and cost trends.
  • Improve business process to increase the speed to quote through automation
  • Provide internal training on commercial model and best practice

Requirements

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:

  • Part qualified in accountancy with revenue recognition knowledge, especially around IFRS 15
  • Modelling of revenue, costs and margin including gathering the data and looking for gaps and issue in assumptions used
  • Excellent Excel skills including transforming or combining multiple data sets
  • Prior commercial experience including negotiation skills, both internally and externally
  • Possesses strong intellectual integrity. Critical thinking and problem solving
  • Data-driven with the desire to learn and develop new skills / analytics techniques to extract, transform, and analyse product and customer data

Position

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Primary point of contact for the customer after go-live, serving as the customer’s service delivery expert, ensuring that profile set up is congruent with customer defined project and business process goals
  • Build and/or maintain customer relationships at an operational level to ensure delivery to contract
  • Work with Client Director to drive periodic business reviews
  • Monitor operational performance against key KPI’s to ensure all services are delivered and supported within the parameters set out in the contract
  • Ensure the customer facing and internal documentation is kept up to date
  • Act as escalation point should the customer not be satisfied with any operational aspect of the Tungsten Network service, coordinating resources as required to restore the customer’s satisfaction level. The escalation should be discussed with your immediate line manager who will use whatever resources they can to assist with the escalation including the subsequent use of the Client Director.
  • Manage Severity 2 and Severity 3 customer incidents working with internal teams to ensure a timely resolution and keep the customer up to date on the progress
  • Work closely with Supplier Sales and Implementation as well as Marketing to maximise customer transaction volumes
  • Input into and rollout supplier onboarding best practices to support securing high quality releases
  • Work closely with Client Director to drive opportunities for future campaign releases
  • Input into continuous improvement of the service delivered to the specific account
  • Provide ongoing education and training to existing and new customer contacts on how the service operates to make best use of the network
  • Provide listening opportunities to customers and document gained competitive information
  • Feedback suggested product enhancements and new countries to Product Management
  • Work closely with the appointed Client Director to meet and exceed customer’s expectations
  • Support the Client Director to ensure the customer is aware of opportunities for expansion of Tungsten Network within their business
  • Highlight to the Client Director and management issues and obstacles which prohibit the customer becoming a ‘reference’ account for potential new customers; assist in the remediation of those issues & obstacles

Tungsten Network is looking for a Marketing Operations rock star to join their small, but mighty Marketing team. You will ensure our technology systems work together seamlessly, no lead is left behind, every marketing touch point is attributable, and that we operate in a coordinated way. The Marketing Operations Specialist will drive best-in-class campaign processes, own key marketing technology and enhance the framework for Marketing tracking, analytics and reporting.

Responsibilities:

  • Primary owner for the marketing systems (Marketo, Vidyard, GoToWebinar, and ZoomInfo) within the business including resolving data issues and inconsistencies
  • Own all Marketo campaign builds globally against segmentation, personas and goals, ensuring campaigns meet standard processes and quality standards around brand and execution
  • Coordinates with sales and marketing to create and execute operational plans for various types of campaigns.
  • Create and maintain metric reports on marketing activities and campaigns to understand their effectiveness and business impact, and develop insights to make recommendations on areas for optimization.
  • Maintain relationship with the SDR function to continuously review the marketing source leads and pipeline.
  • Work together with the Content Marketing Specialist, to ensure content is aligned to our customer and prospect base and design/source campaign imagery using Canva/iStock.
  • Responsible for implementing and maintain best practices for the marketing database, including data hygiene and regulatory compliance.
  • Work closely with Sales Operations to ensure marketing automation data is being properly collected and connected with other systems such as Salesforce.

Job Purpose:

The TPDM is responsible for the successful delivery of projects from approval/inception stage all the way through the project lifecycle to “transfer into BAU”. The TDPM must be experienced in agile practices (ideally Scrum or Kanban) but also adaptable to other appropriate project management methodologies to suit the project type, and must thrive on coaching to improve process and productivity. Position

Overall responsibility and Job Purpose

This is a technical role responsible for the deployment and support of Cloud technologies within our AWS hosted global financial service business. This role is part of the Technology, Cloud Services team and ensures that the platforms delivering our services to customers are well implemented, secured and administrated.

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for day to day effectiveness, and security of our AWS hosted platforms
  • Project resource to technical projects including knowledge transfer to other internal support teams with operational responsibilities
  • Provide subject matter expert advice to the internal support and development teams
  • Identify opportunities to remove cost, complexity and instability from our cloud infrastructure
  • Ensure that all Tungsten cloud systems and services are fully monitored, secure and available.
