London, 17 June 2021: Tungsten Network today announces the launch of Universal Workflow, a cloud-based solution that provides customers the flexibility to connect to any and multiple ERP systems.
This ‘any to any’ connectivity is a significant expansion to Tungsten’s Workflow product. All Tungsten Workflow solutions automate accounts payable (AP) processes from initial invoice receipt through to submission for payment, providing reporting and a full audit trail of all activity. AP staff use Tungsten Workflow’s data insights to fine tune processes, which in turn reduces costs and efforts.
Customer demand was the catalyst for the Universal Workflow development. Tungsten created the new cloud-based solution to serve customers wanting to expand the scope of Tungsten solutions within the business. For customers managing multiple ERP systems, this new solution will create efficiency and cost savings benefits previously available to only select users.
“We are thrilled to offer Universal Workflow to both current customers, and as part of new business offerings. Because Universal Workflow is cloud-based and able to connect to any ERP system, we can now help many more customers unlock the efficiency gains and cost savings our Workflow provides,” says Marisa Teh, Chief Product Officer.
“Companies that implement Tungsten Workflow in conjunction with e-invoicing can reduce processing costs by 60% or more. Universal Workflow further eliminates traditional integration costs and effort related to hosting, hardware, and administration. We handle all of that for our customers so they can focus on the business, not technology,” says Jon Cage, Tungsten Chief Technology Officer.
