Please log into the Tungsten Network portal to formally accept our new terms and conditions. If you need to be set up as a user or have trouble logging in, please contact our support team here

You can find this information on the last bill you received from Tungsten Network regarding your annual membership fee. If you require assistance, please contact our Renewals team by emailing [email protected]

The bill for your annual membership fee will be raised automatically approximately one month before your renewal date and sent to your registered billing contacts. These can be edited and updated in your portal account here. Alternatively, you can login to your Tungsten Network account and go to My Account>Your Tungsten Account where you can download a copy of your bill and settle your balance.

You may know us under the name of “OB10”, which was acquired by Tungsten Corporation PLC in 2014.

No, our terms and conditions have been updated and upon your renewal date you can no longer remain on the old terms. Please be advised that should you not formally accept the new terms by clicking on the corresponding link and filling out the form, by virtue of your use of the Tungsten Network services and/or payment of your fees (annual membership fees or monthly fees beyond the renewal date) you will be deemed to accept them. The new terms will automatically replace your current terms upon renewal date. When you reach the end of your initial term, your account is moved to our default pricing model on the date of your renewal. All our customers now benefit from 520 pre-loaded transactions which are included in the annual membership fee. We have also normalised our pricing across the world, so you may see some changes depending on your location. If you do not accept the new terms and conditions (either by formally accepting them, continuing using the Tungsten Network services and/or paying the respective fees), your current contract will automatically renew instead and your existing annual membership fee will become due and payable. Please note, your current contract does not automatically terminate should you cease to use the service. Written notice must be provided 30 days prior to your renewal date to ensure that you do not receive further bills from us.
